Stressed about exams? SHEC’s got your back! The Student Health Education Centre will team up with various campus and Hamilton organizations to put together events to help deal with the craziness of the exam period including boardgames, animal visits and peer support.
For the past 14 years, more than 17,500 attendees have taken part in the MSU Charity Ball, McMaster’s largest evening of dancing and live entertainment that raises money and awareness for deserving causes.
The McMaster Institute for Innovation and Excellence in Teaching and Learning (formerly the Centre for Leadership in Learning) is looking to hire three Student Research Assistants beginning this December. Application deadline is Thursday, November 28th at noon.
This Holiday season, the MSU Student Community Support Network (SCSN) is proud to partner with the McMaster Children's Hospital (MCH) to bring the MSU Toys For Joy campaign to life. The toy drive will benefit the children currently being cared for at MCH with new toys for Christmas.
The Maroons are a unique service that works to bridge the gap between the undergraduate student population and the MSU by providing information, opportunities, mentorship, and resources to students that want to deepen their university experience. One of the fun events is the Maroons Formal, which is taking place on Friday, November 22.
SHEC’s fifth annual Above The Influence: Addictions Awareness Fair, will take place Friday, November 22 from 10 AM – 3 PM in MUSC. Above The Influence will raise awareness about the many addictions that students face today.
