Mac Feedback series: EFRT + Macademics

October 6, 2020 at 12:00 pm

Each year, several MSU services undergo a review protocol.  Known as a service review, the process includes in-depth evaluation of a service’s operations, policies, and finances. The goal is to modify, improve or affirm the level of service being offered to the students of McMaster University.  The service reviews are led by the MSU’s Associate Vice-President, Services and the Services Standing Committee of the Student Representative Assembly (SRA).

An important part of the review process is gathering student feedback about experiences with MSU services. Currently, the MSU is collecting student opinions on the Emergency First Response Team (EFRT) and Macademics. All opinions and feedback are welcome. Take a moment and help shape the service delivery of the MSU – and earn a chance to win one of eight $25 Skip The Dishes gift cards for each survey completed.

If you are a current or former staff member or volunteer of either of these services, the MSU would appreciate your insight as well.  A separate survey for service staff / volunteers is available by emailing avpservices@msu.mcmaster.ca.
