SRA General Election and OPIRG McMaster referendum

The election period for the next Student Representative Assembly (2020/2021) has begun. Students who wish to run for election must complete the nomination package by 5pm on March 4, 2020. The campaign period runs March 5-12, with online voting between March 10-12. Concurrent with the SRA General Election will be a referendum concerning the fee students pay to OPIRG McMaster.

First Aid & CPR courses offered by EFRT

The Emergency First Response Team (EFRT) offers First Aid and CPR courses throughout the year under Canadian Red Cross standards. The courses are taught by current EFRT responders who have extensive practice using the skills taught in real-world scenarios.

Applications for Associate Vice-President positions open until March 1

The MSU is currently hiring five Associate Vice-Presidents (AVPs), each chairing a standing committee of the Student Representative Assembly (SRA) and any directly related ad-hoc committees of the SRAThe AVPs will determine the direction of their committee in a way that suits the role of the committee and the interests of the assembly, and work closely with the recently elected Vice-Presidents throughout their 2020/2021 term.
